  This service is for locations with no active phone lines (no telephone number). If you have an active telephone line and would like to keep your telephone number order one of our regular DSL Services, or else you will have to have your telephone disconnected before we can activate Dry Copper High Speed at your location.

 2 month rolling average for overage charges: We will manage usage based on a rolling 2 month average. Rolling average is defined as usage during peak hours. (Outside of the 2am-8am off-peak time)

 Every month, we will average the usage for the two previous months. If the average exceeds the Customer’s cap, we will automatically roll them over to the unlimited plan. Our customers will be notified when this rollover happens.

 Up to 5-6 M speeds vary depending on your distance to your local Bell/Telus CO. The speeds listed are the optimal that you may achieve.
